- Connect your Mac and Android phone with the USB cable.
- If a notification pops up on your phone saying “Charge this device via USB,” tap it and select “File Transfer.”

If you’d rather not fuss with extra apps, you can use the built-in Bluetooth File Exchange on macOS. It’s perfect if you’re into wireless transfers and don’t have internet or Wi-Fi around.
Here’s How to Do It:
- Turn on Bluetooth on both your Mac and Android. On your Mac, go to System Preferences > Bluetooth and click “Turn Bluetooth On.”
- On your Android, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and select your Mac from the device list.
- Match the passcodes that appear on both devices and pair them.
- Click the Bluetooth icon in your Mac’s menu bar and select “Send File to Device.”
- Choose the songs you want to send.
- Accept the file transfer on your phone.
